Robert Schumann’s bicentennial is only a couple of months away but I am getting a head start on the celebration! I am giving a solo recital at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection on their Sunday Concert Series.

The McMichael Gallery, situated in Kleinburg, Ontario, is home to many of the Group of Seven paintings; admission to the gallery ($15 adult; $12 stdt/snr; $30 family) includes admission to my recital.

The afternoon will feature 2 of Schumann’s most epic works, as well as some more contemporary fantasies:
